House is in an amazing location for visiting downtown Bentonville. Very clean and spacious for spending time with family and friends in the house. Would absolutely stay here again

A cool, clean, and extraordinarily convenient place, if anything a bit undersold in the website description. Everything is updated with care and quality and obvious investment. And walking only three or four blocks to downtown or two access to numerous walking or biking trails is such a bonus. We will certainly be back!

Great little house to stay in. Well stocked kitchen. Living room and bedrooms were large and spacious. Nice to have off street parking right out the front door. Great neighborhood and a nice walk to downtown Bentonville. Came to spend a few days mountain biking and location allows you jump on the trails straight from the house. Would book again. Julie was a great with communication.
