House is in an amazing location for visiting downtown Bentonville. Very clean and spacious for spending time with family and friends in the house. Would absolutely stay here again

What a wonderful stay at this welcoming home! My boyfriend is from the area and I lived here for 3 years - this house is a total gem with being able to walk everywhere. The host was so responsive and kind - treated us like family! The house was clean, the check in/check out was easy and the house was exactly what we were looking for. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Great little house to stay in. Well stocked kitchen. Living room and bedrooms were large and spacious. Nice to have off street parking right out the front door. Great neighborhood and a nice walk to downtown Bentonville. Came to spend a few days mountain biking and location allows you jump on the trails straight from the house. Would book again. Julie was a great with communication.

A cool, clean, and extraordinarily convenient place, if anything a bit undersold in the website description. Everything is updated with care and quality and obvious investment. And walking only three or four blocks to downtown or two access to numerous walking or biking trails is such a bonus. We will certainly be back!

I was disappointed that there wasn’t a blow dryer, not impressed with toiletry in shower, felt exposed with faulty blind in bathroom. The shower was dark. Appreciated towels and good toilet paper. Would’ve enjoyed creamer for the coffee.

We always try to have everything in good order for our guests. We have had no issues or complaints. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, the pilot light was out and the guest alerted me there was no hot water. I got a plumber and the situation was resolved in less than 5 hours. We are so sorry for this inconvenience and gave the guest a partial refund. A refund does not remedy the situation, but, hopefully, indicates our commitment to being a good host to the best of our ability. Thank you.
