The bright, modernized townhouse apartment is located in the center, very close to the Kurpromenade am Sandwall. The apartment has a spacious living room with a kitchenette. From here you come to the south-west balcony. The bedroom has a double bed with an extra television. In addition, of course, there is the shower room. The tumble dryer and washing machine are available in the communal basement for a fee. There is an underground car park available, please note that the height of the car must not exceed 1.50, since the underground car park is an elevator system.
