• No loud noise past 9pm
• No parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, smoking or pets. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air, clean carpets and scrub walls.
• Hot Tub use is as your own risk - please enjoy responsibly. Our hot tub is professionally cleaned and maintained every week. However we do not offer refunds for sightings of bugs or animals. Friendly reminder that Sedona is a desert and it is possible to have sightings of spiders, scorpions, bugs, javelinas or wild animals.
• Adult supervision of children on the property at all times including the hot tub.
• Checkin time is 4 PM
• Checkout time is 10 AM
• No Extra / Overnight Guests
• No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking
• Hot Tub maintenance happens weekly. The technician will only access the backyard area and will not enter the house. For your privacy and security, please keep doors locked when you are away.
• The person who uses their Vrbo account to make the reservation must be present during the stay or reservation will be cancelled immediately.
