The space
Our condo is just about 1000 Sq feet with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + a patio to relax on.

We are able to accommodate 4 guests.

*Master Bedroom 1: There’s a king-size bed that lies in the center of this boho-style room and wake up to the beautiful views of the desert surroundings as you can see it from your window. Aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful night`s sleep.

*Bedroom 2 : Sleep like royalty in the 2nd bedroom which offers a comfortable, lux queen-size bed. To ensure a peaceful sleep, aroma therapy is also provided if you choose to use it.

All bedrooms are complete with linens and pillows.

The bathroom includes a bath/shower, sink area, and toilet. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided. We also provide 1 bath and hand towel per guest and 1 black makeup towel per guest.

For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest are provided.

*Living Room :
Spacious & comfortable you have plenty of room to relax with your group in the living room. Enjoy watching the cable or smart TV with the ability to log into the major TV apps using your personal login. You can also have fun playing classic games such as cards, rummikub, uno, and others!

*Kitchen & Dining : A dining room table for 4 sits outside of the kitchen.
The kitchen is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating at home. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available for your use. A dishwasher is available for use at your convenience.

Coffee will be provided for you to make by either a single K cup or a french press.

*Outdoor area : On the deck, you will find a beautiful, brand new 4 person hot tub. Star gaze or relax after a day of hiking in your private outdoor oasis. The back area is fenced so it’s perfect for your animal to head back and find relief.

*Washer/Dryer : Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided.
Guest access
You will have access to everything in the home. There will be one locked closet and we ask you to leave it this way. Thank you!
Other things to note
Our area is quiet with a few full-time residents. We ask that you respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors.

There is one Ring camera in the front, outside the door of the condo.

PS: Our hot tub undergoes weekly servicing every Monday, ensuring a delightful stay for our guests!

The pet fee allows up to 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs, please feel free to inquire about exceptions or additional fees.

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 5% deduction to cover processing fees.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

Refunds won`t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
To ensure a fantastic stay for everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:

- Enjoy our smoke-free environment, indoors and on the patio.
- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- Pet lovers, we welcome 1 small furry friend for an additional $100! If you`re bringing more than 1 dog, just let us know—there`s an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked mailboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
