The open-plan living area is bright and airy, with natural light drawing you out toward the balcony where panoramic sea views become the backdrop to every afternoon. Whether you're unwinding after a day in the water or gathered as a group for the evening, the space flows easily between indoors and out. A TV, pool table, and ping pong table offer options for downtime when you're not by the sea.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms sleep up to 5 guests across 3 beds - made up with 2 queen-size beds and 1 individual bed. Each room is prepared with fresh bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage, and the 2.5 bathrooms - stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - add comfort and convenience throughout the stay.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is outfitted for everything from a relaxed breakfast to a full group dinner: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and toaster are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. When the weather calls for it, the private gas BBQ grill on the balcony is ready to use, complete with barbecue utensils - and the outdoor dining table makes al fresco evenings easy.



Outdoor living

The balcony is where the apartment really comes into its own - a wide, private terrace with uninterrupted sea views, a gas grill, and room to sit back and let the Caribbean light do its work. Within Calablanca Residences, a shared outdoor pool is available all year during specific hours, and shared beach access gives guests a stretch of shoreline with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas. A kayak is available for guests who want to explore the water at their own pace.

The building includes a shared gym, along with a pool table and ping pong table in a shared entertainment area - useful for rest days or evenings in with the group.



Convenience & services

Free parking is available in an on-site garage, with an elevator connecting directly to the apartment floor. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, and washer and dryer access supports longer stays comfortably. Building staff are on hand 24 hours a day, and self check-in makes arrival straightforward at any hour. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Smoking is allowed on the property.
