We often see a beautiful desert wildlife in the surrounding area. Roadrunners, Deer, Javelina and lizards to name a few. They don’t bother anyone; Just be sure to have your camera ready to snap a shot of them when they pass by! The patio is tastefully fenced to ensure that the desert wildlife doesn't interrupt your enjoyment of the space.

Other apps are loaded on the Roku for guests to login to their own accounts if they wish.
This suite is located within the Starr Pass resort community and is situated only 1 mile to the JW Marriott hotel, 4 miles to the I-10, 6.5 miles to UofA, and just 12 miles to Tucson airport. You can find cheaper rentals, however, this unit is unique with it's extra large gated patio, modernized updates, and fast Starlink WIFI. It offers a beautiful resort spa feel without all those nasty resort fees and ad-on charges. I like all-inclusive and no surprises; I bet you do too!
This unique vacation rental gives you the get-away-from-it-all experience while still having all your conveniences close by. Parking is FREE and close to the unit—just far enough away that you don’t hear people coming and going, yet close enough that carrying in groceries and suitcases is easy—it’s perfect. You also have your own private stacked, large capacity washer/dryer combo located inside the unit. Perhaps best of all, whether you visit in the winter, summer, spring or fall, the full-suite air conditioning and heating with active Honeywell T9 thermostats will keep you comfortable throughout the entire home.
The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and the second bedroom has two (2) Full “XL” beds, which are the length of a Queen bed from head to toe (so taller people aren’t short changed), but 6 inches narrower than a Queen from side to side.
In early April 2026 the primary bedroom will undergo a refresh with beautiful new furniture set. It will remain a queen bed, and include the addition of a lounge recliner. Photos will be updated once the new bedroom set is installed, but please anticipate a difference in appearance for the primary bedroom if your stay is after April 3rd.

We're not property managers or real estate agents. We are the homeowners and allow permitted guests to stay in it while we are away.
There are security cameras located at this home. ALL of them are outdoors and only view outdoor areas. Cameras are located in the front front porch and view the entire entry patio and front doors. Additional cameras cameras are located outside on the back of the home and overview the back patio and landscaped grounds surrounding the patio. These cameras are primarily for us to monitor the property exterior when guests or ourselves are not present, however their activity is recorded 24/7. Booking this unit is consent to their presence and operation and is an agreement not to cover, alter, or impact their view or operation.
The closet in the master bedroom is locked off. We keep our personal clothes in there to allow guests full use of the large dresser.
While it’s located within our community, the nearby pool and gym facility is privately owned and under new management. They have eliminated a previous decades-long courtesy of allowing guests of private casita owners who are paid members of the club to access the facilities. As such, access to the nearby pool/jacuzzi/gym is no longer included with any of our listings or any other privately owned units. Be aware that any golf casitas advertising pool access are timeshare units managed by a big timeshare company. Our casita is 100% privately owned and not a part of the timeshare company--there's no awkward sales pitches with our unit, we promise! :)
This home is smoke and pet-free. Any guest that brings a pet into the home risks forfeiting their stay (e.g. your booking may be cancelled immediately, forfeiting the remainder of your stay). Evidence of smoking indoors, verified by a 3rd party, or bringing a pet into the home (verified by cameras) will result in an additional cleaning fee (on top of the standard home cleaning fee) as permitted by VRBO due to violation of these terms. All evidence will be forwarded to VRBO for documentation in the guests profile. Further, appropriate feedback will be left to warn future hosts. It's not worth it. Note that "emotional support animals" (ESA's) are considered pets, and not trained service animals under the ADA and VRBO policies. If you have a legitimate service animal, we welcome you, and would appreciate you having the courtesy to advise us in advance.
