Enjoy life in paradise in this cozy 3rd floor, 1 bedroom condo steps away from a beautiful sandy beach in Oahu's North Shore. Waialua is 3 miles from historic town of Haleiwa and close to great surfing and swimming beaches. 30-45 mins drive from Honolulu International Airport.

The unit gets lots of sunshine and ocean breeze. It has a comfortable Queen Bed in the bedroom and a full size guest mattress. This unit is perfect for 2 adults or family with young kids.

Fully equipped kitchen with new fridge and dishwasher.

You will love this nice little gem in a great neighborhood! Very breezy and bright property across the street from the beach. Lanai has a view of palm trees and houses and you can hear the waves from the beach beyond the trees.

Town of Haleiwa 3 miles away from the unit has everything that you need - grocery store, shops, yummy food and gas. Convenient location for sightseeing around the island, yet you will live like a local.

Minimum stay is 30 days in compliance of the zoning regulation.

Location to Haleiwa was good. Location of condo near a beach and nice walking path in the area. Owners responded and replaced tv right away once notified it was broken.

Perfect quiet vacation spot

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Yuri’s unit! It was extremely quiet and had all of the necessities. Beautiful view and everything was new and clean. Would love to return!

Feels like home

This is our second time in this condo. Very quiet, very safe and friendly neighbourhood. We’ve left our slippers along the beach for are beach walks and they were alway there upon our return. Many residents came their families and friends. The beach is not over crowded and very welcoming. The true aloha spirit is strong. The beach was literally across the street. Warm safe water. Excellent for snorkelling. Bobbing and swimming. The gorgeous reef was a great place to watch the sea life. Turtles are everywhere and we floated and watched in awe. In the distance we would see whales breach way out in the ocean. The unit is well equipped. A comfortable king size bed was a added treat. We did a lot of cooking and we had everything we needed to do so. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs provided. Our parking space was awesome probably the best one in the complex. There is bbq area. If your goal is to relax and enjoy the country life this is your place. Close to Haleiwa, where we would drive out to watch the surfers. Everything you needed to see was a nice scenic drive away. Yuri was responsive and very easy to work with.

Perfect North Shore Home Base

We rented this condo for a month with the hope of spending as much time at the beach and surfing as possible, and this place was perfect. Great quiet neighborhood location, and fully stocked with everything - everything! - we could possibly need. Yuri was a very responsive, communicative, and gracious owner. We hope to be able to return next winter!

Waialua Beach rental

Convenient location across the street from the popular snorkeling beach Pyramids where you can see sea turtles swimming near you. The surf was up and we watched surfers and enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the roof top deck. A short one block walk to Aweoweo beach park.

Aloha, loved this place!

We absolutely loved this property. Located on the beautiful North Side of Oahu. Building was quiet and in a lovely neighbourhood. Great parking spot. The unit was well equipped, very clean and tidy. The kitchen was great, it had what we needed to prepare meals. The living room had a nice large tv and two sofa's ( his and hers)! We we're able to access the internet easily and use Netflix as a guest which was very nice. The bedroom was quite large with lot's of space and two sets of drawers and ample closet including a lot hangers ( I love my hangers) so this was quite welcomed. The bathroom was clean and lot's of linens including beach towels. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was most appreciated. The Lanai was relaxing and cozy great for morning coffee or catch up on your favourite book, there is a glimpse of the ocean through the palm tree's and you can hear the ocean . The beach was only a few steps away with shower facilities. Great snorkeling at the beach, safe surf, ( the bay is protected by the reef). Plenty of fish including turtles. The beach is great for long walks, we even went down to the beach couple of nights to hear the surf and stargaze. The location is close to a lot of amenities yet far enough from the hustle and bustle. Yuri the owner was quick, friendly and efficient in her reply's, she was informative in her directions to get the the address and had a binder full of information inside the rental to make our stay more welcome. We loved our vacation and our little piece of paradise. Mahalo!
