Located on the 6th floor of Edgewater Beach Resort Tower 1, the unit boasts breathtaking Gulf and Lagoon Pool views. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and private bath with a large walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom offers 2 full beds. Additional sleeping options include a sleeper sofa with a pull out full bed. A full kitchen and a spacious open living area make it perfect for families.

Edgewater Resort is ideally situated near top restaurants like Firefly and Saltwater Grill, and attractions such as Shipwreck Island Water Park and St. Andrews State Park, all within a short drive. Resort amenities include multiple pools, spas, on-site dining, golf, tennis, pickleball, tram to get around resort, and a fitness center.

An additional $50 fee is added when making your reservation to cover the base resort fee for parking & resort access. Extended stays during Snowbird season require monthly parking passes. The condo is stocked with linens, towels, starter toiletries, and essential kitchenware.

Everything went so smoothly from booking (especially considering I booked last minute), to security, check in, and check out. Dan was so easy to work with and answered right away. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Edgewater is so amazing and our view from the room was gorgeous. I absolutely recommend this unit!!
