-Bedrooms:

Master bedroom has a queen size bed with its private full-size bathroom. Second bedroom has a full-sized bed and the third bedroom features two twin bunk beds, one of the bunkbeds has a full-size bed on the bottom. All three bedrooms have A/C.



-Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room

-Wi-Fi, and smart TV

-1 full size bathroom

-Front small balcony with two chairs and back patio with furniture and grill great for barbeque with friends.

-Laundry room with laundry water sink

- Secure gated community with free parking



Guest will have access to all amenities provided by the complex which are: 2 pools, jacuzzi, basketball court, tennis court, club house, gym, playground, gazebos and access to beach. We’ll provide you with a key to access the two pool areas. You'll have 2 free assigned parking spots.



*A car rental is advised, since public transportation is almost non-existent in P.R and taxis/UBER can be expensive.

*Rainstorms can be unexpected in this area, please close all windows when leaving the property.

* Please ONLY park on the two assigned parking spots, otherwise your vehicle may be subject to towing.

*Puerto Rico is a warm, humid tropical country and consequently, mosquitos abound, especially in the evenings. Please ensure that you keep doors closed to prevent them from getting inside the property.

*Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms.
