Upon booking a reservation, you must identify the exact amount of guests staying overnight at the house. No parties.
Fee for lost/damaged keys is $275. The fee for a lost/damaged garage remote is $150.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Beach sand and debris should be removed from the body and personal items before entering the unit.
