This perfect quaint apartment is everything you need when visiting NYC. Connviently located right by the subway opening, with cafes, deli's, bars and restaurants right out the door. The private patio served as a great spot to end the night and whind down.

This place is - in a word - “WONDERFUL”! Wonderful location, property owners, apartment itself - all so good! The apartment is lovely and having the terrace is extra special. It is very conveniently located and a very welcoming and comfortable place to stay while in NYC. The owner is so accepting and responsive to little things that came up (they do in any home right?) and we really appreciated their attention, prompt action and kindness. We already have plans to go back and TOTALLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in this part of NYC!
