Holmertor-Haus 2018/19 completely renovated, welcomes you here a holiday home with character. Many different details from the house history have been preserved and underline the rustic charm of this house. So there are steeper stairs, creaking floorboards and sometimes low passage heights under doors and beams. Nevertheless, this house is very contemporary: the bathroom, guest toilet and kitchen, like everything else, have been redesigned and equipped with modern technology. The floor plan is unusual, the interior emphasizes its mix of old and new the special character of this house! Not far from the market square and the main canal, this holiday home is the ideal starting point for discoveries. The pretty Dutch town between the rivers Eider and Treene is on your doorstep. The spectacular North Sea lures around the Eiderstedt peninsula and, last but not least, the picturesque landscape of Stapelholm lies to the east of Friedrichstadt. On site there are restaurants / cafés and shops (baker, butcher, supermarket), canoe and pedal boat rentals. Enjoy your vacation in this special house! Listed, fully renovated house in the old town center of Friedrichstadt. Historic and therefore with steeper stairs, sometimes low passage heights (e.g. on doors 1.80m) and creaking floorboards. Usable area approx. 95 m² on three floors for a maximum of 6 people (3 double beds). A dog is allowed. Non smoking house, except in the yard. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, the hallway and a dining room as well as the guest toilet. A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a bedroom with a built-in French bed (140 cm) can be found on the first floor as well as the shower room and a small balcony terrace. On the second floor there is the living room with TV (DVBT-2, DVD / Blue-Ray player, CD player with radio) and another French bed (140 cm) in the bedroom under the roof. No WiFi because of very good 3G / 4G reception.  
On-site costs: Price incl. Cleaning. Overnight stays of at least 3 nights in the high season and 2-3 nights in the low season are possible on request. Bed linen and towels can be booked: Set of bed linen 12.00 euros, Set of towels 10.00 euros Dogs are allowed on request.
