Objekt liegt in reiner Ferienhaussiedlung. Der nächste Ort ist mit dem Auto in 8 min erreichbar. Erst dort kann man einkaufen.Haus und Garten waren prima. Kommt man mit Hunden wie wir oder mit kleinen Kindern, ist im Garten Aufmerksamkeit gefordert: es existiert keine Einfriedung. DIE Hecke zum Nachbargarten ist löchrig und zur Straße, die allerdings wenig befahren ist, besteht keine Absperrung.
