Nestled centrally in South Tampa, Jasmine Oaks Retreat offers a comfortable space for guests seeking a relaxing getaway, with majestic oaks lining the property and Fragrant Jasmine welcoming your walk through the front door. You will find an open entry leading to the kitchen and living room, along with three bedrooms featuring two queen beds and two twin beds. Once inside, there’s plenty of space for family or friends. The two bathrooms include both a bathtub and a shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Indoor/Outdoor living at its finest. Recently renovated over the last year, every room and space has been updated. Open-concept living with ample natural light and thoughtful design. Updated appliances and fixtures. New Vinyl fencing with newly laid pavers leading to a recently built Gazebo with recently planted trees, roses, and sod for an outdoor oasis.

Oversized yard with plenty of space for activities and entertaining, along with parking for a boat/RV and 6 plus cars in the long driveway and new gravel parking area.

Central for exploration…15 minutes to MacDill, 10 minutes to the Airport, Downtown, Boat Ramps, and Fishing Piers. In less than 10 minutes to Hyde Park Village, and 5 minutes to Bayshore Blvd, for the Gasparilla parade. Stroll to amenities: including restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, boutique stores, and grocery stores (Sprouts/Publix) all within a mile.

The host was amazing to work with. Instructions and access were clear, and communications were answered within minutes.The house was perfect for my needs. 10 minutes to get downtown, 15 minutes from the airport, close to lots of entertainment opportunities. The house has a comfortable, beachy vibe and the back yard is beautiful. A nice pergola with table and chairs gave me a peaceful spot to work from between meetings. I'll be staying here again when I'm back for work.

From the moment I walked in, we felt welcomed. The place was equipped with things I didn't think I was going to need that first night. Sadly my flight was delayed and by the time I arrived to the house, stores were closed.. Communication with host was almost instant. The yard area is beautiful, i was impressed..The only 2 things I would say didnt worked for me traveling with my elderly parents was not having a Master bedroom and there were steps inside the house which I had to be watching them not to fall.. Other than that this place was great..

Love the central location of South Tampa, literally within 5 miles to all major amenities. Shopping, entertainment, beaches, fishing piers, restaurants all within very close distance.

What makes this property unique

One of the few single story homes left in the neighborhood, that we chose to renovate vice knock down. Love the nature surrounding the property, from fragrant Jasmine as you walk in to climbing roses out back. The backyard experience is unique from coffee under the gazebo in the morning to Smores around the fire pit at night, truly an oasis back there designed with fruit trees, crepe myrtles, roses, lavender to name a few underneath towering Oak trees.
