The bright, sunny holiday apartment is located in the side wing of the listed and completely renovated KDF building in Binz, Prora district on the island of Rügen. Through the restricted entrance to avoid through traffic, you can reach the property with direct beach access. Through the dune park, past the heated outdoor pool, you reach the beautiful fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea after about 80 m. On the ground floor of the house you will find the SPA area with fitness and massage room, lounge area with small refreshments, an organic (60 degrees) and 90 degrees sauna and the indoor pool with a separate children's pool. Within walking distance you will find the bakery, bistro, various restaurants, bar, bike rental and small beach boutiques as well as an ATM. For a fee, our guests can use their own parking garage or Use parking space. The garbage room and the lockable bike room can also be found here. The little beach pirates can let off steam in their own children's playground.

Only a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Rügen is this particularly high-quality furnished apartment. The bright and sunny garden suite is located in the side wing of the listed, completely renovated building. It is one of the very few apartments with windows on all three sides. The fantastic beach is right outside the door. This apartment of 68 sqm is ideal for sun-seekers in particular: a 30 sqm roof terrace with its own beach chair extends in front of the living area. You reach the spacious living and dining area via the reading corner and can prepare your own delicacies in the fully equipped kitchen, for coffee lovers there is also a Nespresso machine in addition to a classic coffee machine. Through the separate bedroom with box spring bed (180x200 cm) and additional TV you get into the spacious en suite bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet. Another guest toilet is available. In the living room on the fold-out sofa (separate slatted frame + mattress) you will find the 3rd / 4th Person their sleeping place. Other features include a modern curved smart TV, blue-ray player and WiFi throughout the apartment. All guests of the hotel apartments have a spacious wellness area at their disposal, which you can access from your apartment without having to leave the house.
