New Villa Kristina with wonderful sea views in an absolutely quiet location
The new beautiful Villa Kristina was built and opened in July 2019.
It is decorated with lots of details, care and love.
With 180 m² it is ideal for up to 6 guests.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room, a bathroom with a large opening door with a bathtub.
The first floor has 3 double rooms (two of them with private bathroom with shower), very large terrace with wonderful sea views (direct exit from the bedrooms).
The private pool 8x4m is exclusively for guests. Near the pool is a large covered terrace with a dining table and chairs on one side and a table football and pool table for fun on the other. Near the pool there is also a small house with a tavern with a fireplace and above it a beautiful large terrace with wonderful sea views.
There is also private parking for 3 cars.
The entire property (600 m²) is surrounded by a fenced garden, which offers complete privacy and relaxation.
