Superior Oceanfront Condo Sugar Beach Resort Maui

Enjoy watching whales (in season) while eating breakfast on the private lanai. Relax with a pool, hot tub, or beach day at the resort, or explore nearby Maui adventures. Cook your own meals, do laundry in-unit. Enjoy the on-site restaurant.

Brand new to the market after a complete renovation December, 2025! All-new appliances, furniture, and a 65” Sony smart TV. Quiet, walkable beach location away from South Kihei crowds.

Thoughtfully renovated and offered at introductory pricing I pay your taxes!) for a limited time. This unit has received all 5-star reviews on the rival site, which I am barred from mentioning here, and is a "Guest Favorite" (top 10%). It has yet, to book on VRBO, so this platform shows no reviews.

The space
Sugar Beach Resort is in North Kīhei on the island of Maui. The condo is on the 3rd floor of the north building, and has a private lanai. One open parking spot included. Covered parking available. Elevator available. Bathtub in unit.

One bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom. Queen sofa sleeper in living room. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella provided. Access to all resort facilities.

Public facilities at the resort include a pool, kiddie pool, putting green, large 12 person hot tub, dry heat sauna, restaurant, vending machine area, lounge chairs, BBQ’s with dining areas close by (public), or bring your dinner back to the room. Elevator at resort.

One unassigned parking spot included with stay.

I purchased this amazing condo in 2021 with my retirement money. It’s been fun to create a space that’s almost as magical as Maui itself, and to be able to share it with others so they can experience it, too!

I’m a retired Air Traffic Controller and a singer/songwriter/author. I enjoy walking Sugar Beach and hiking Haleakala.

Why they chose this property

I walked up and down this six mile stretch of Sugar Beach many times, looking at all the options. I chose this property because it’s centrally located, has a pool, hot tub, sauna and restaurant on site, and air conditioning! It’s a peaceful beach, away from all the denser tourist areas in South Kihei. The groundskeepers and staff are outstanding!

What makes this property unique

My property is newly fully renovated and I chose everything with YOU in mind! It is my intention that you love the unit as much as you love Maui!
