Beautiful BEACH FRONT townhouse on Sugar Beach. 'Maalaea Surf is one of Maui's best kept secrets.' Spaciously spread over 5 acres of tropical gardens, Maalaea Surf sits directly on a beautiful white sandy beach which stretches for 5 miles. Beautiful sunsets and seasonal whale watching from the ocean front lanai. The secluded privacy of Maalaea Surf offers a peaceful and relaxing vacation spot while centrally located to Wailea (10min.), the airport (20min.) and Lahaina (35min.).

Unit H-6 is a two bedroom, two bathroom two-story unit, with vaulted ceilings, that is immaculately maintained and well equipped with all of the comforts of home. This second floor townhouse offers security and privacy while maintaining easy and open access to the beach and views.

This place is all about the view! It’s amazing! The inside is not only not updated, but hasn’t been touched in probably decades. The appearance is so old it does feel dirty. The mattress was also so hard we had to buy a foam topper. We also never received check in info, so when we arrived at 11pm, we had to call VRBO to help us connect with the host since they weren’t answering their phone. That was frustrating as we were very tired. Some attention is needed to this place.

Great location and layout of condo was perfect for family

We had the please of spending 6 nights at this amazing unit. Location is perfect for getting around the island. Amenities were exceptional everything we needed and then some was available. Beds were extremely comfortable and the kids loved the space upstairs to themselves. Pool, parking, beach access and local attractions made this place even more amazing. Would highly recommend!!!

Paradise from your own lanai….

Firstly, Susan was so wonderful to deal with- thank you for being so welcoming and accommodating- we really appreciated the late checkout- with a 3 year old toddler with us…he was able to nap and that made such a wonderful difference to our last day in paradise. The view is amazing! Would love to stay there again someday soon.

Great Spot

The condo was perfect for our party of 4… 1 baby, 2 parents, and a friend. Spacious and clean with a beautiful ocean view that greeted us every morning and gave sunsets every evening. The property had everything we needed to feel at ease right down to the Tupperware. Located in a perfect spot for small trips out of Kihei. The beach with direct access was walkable and allowed for plenty of outdoor adventure without having to drive anywhere. We will definitely come back!

Stunning is the right word for the location and view. The evening sunsets were beautiful.The condo has everything you need for a week of staying in or going out. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of towels, and lots of beach gear.Couldn't ask for a better spot. We would definitley stay again!

Excellent stay overall.

Property was as advertised. Reviews on the property were accurate. Sugar beach is wonderful and much less crowded when we stayed in April, started getting busier later in our stay. We would highly recommend for a nice vacation.

Beautiful Beach Front Property

We enjoyed the property very much everything was great there were beach chairs, towels and assortment of sunscreens. The beach was very nice and the grounds of Maalaea Surf were so beautifully maintained. We hope to come back someday

Wonderful Oceanfront Townhouse

Rental is as picture right on beach. Spacious enough for our family of 5, clean, comfortable and safe. Property is located in a nice, small complex with wonderful pools. Home is well stocked. Would stay here again!

Stunning Views & Maui vibes.

When you walk into the listing you’re greeted with the same stunning ocean views as in the photos, very accurate. The decor fit the Hawaiian feel and the pool was an excellent size to swim and chill out. We had plenty of space. Host even let us have a late check out due to a late flight and that was so convenient. The only thing to mention is the response time on the host is on the slower side but she was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again and bring others.

The location of this property was amazing. Right on the water. We really enjoyed seeing the whales everyday. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice having the beach chairs and the cooler. I would definitely rent this property again. Our family had a wonderful time here!

Wonderful View

Property is a little dated but location and view more than make up for that drawback. You'd be hard pressed to get any closer to the water. Pool was an added bonus. Kitchen was well equiped with everything you would need to cook meals. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here
