Kihei Bay Vista #A-201 has a fantastic ocean view. This 1 bedroom 1 bath upstairs condo is just across the road from the beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, and free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning room unit in the living room and portable A/C in the bedroom. Kihei Bay Vista #A-201 is beautifully decorated and has beach chairs and beach towels. On the property there is a nice pool with picnic area, gas grills for your use and a hot tub. Just step right across the road to miles of sandy beaches and also enjoy magnificent sunsets from your private lanai. It can sleep up to 4. Please note: This unit is on the second floor, with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

The Kihei Bay Vista is centrally located to shops, restaurants, activities and is just a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. The grounds feature well-manicured tropical plants and scenery, as well as a relaxing gated pool, and spa. This quiet complex offers a great value to those who would like to spend time exploring the Island or to those who simply enjoy lying out in the sun.

Nice location, great view, responsive host, clean accommodations. Thank you! I appreciated the extra towels and available beach equipment. Only negative was that the A/C units were incredibly loud, both in the bedroom and the living room.

Besides emails, we had no contact with the host but we had no concerns. We had everything we needed. One thing that could be added is a hand rail in the shower for us older people. The instructions for the air conditioning and tv use could be updated. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. Enjoyed our stay, thank you.

first trip to maui

this was both my boyfriend and my first time visiting maui and i feel like i just choose the perfect place to stay. it was nice and quiet not too many people but the neighbors we did meet were just amazing. they had the best stories and recommendations. we had an amazing trip and were able to hit every spot we wanted to with the location being in a central spot as well. we will definitely stay at this location again our next trip.

Awesome Kihei Property

This property is awesome. I'm a former Maui resident and found this place ideal for our visit. The pool was just off the lanai for easy access. The beach is just a short walk as well as local shops and restaurants. The Tradewinds made our stay comfortable. Will book again. Mahalo.

Nice location. Close enough to amenities but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Nice amenities and well stocked. Only issue was the portable AC in the bedroom and the old window mount AC in the living room that provided little relief.

Condo as advertised. Made it our home for 2 weeks. What would have improved stay would have been a cooler for going to beach and some newer beach chairs and umbrella.
