Our home is located within the private community of Waikoloa Beach Villas. The luxuriously appointed two-story townhomes are across from the Queens’ Marketplace and have all the comforts of home; including gourmet-equipped kitchen, private lanai with a gas grill and wet bar. Only a short walk to ’Anaeho’omalu Bay for snorkeling and other water activities.

Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating, and enjoy thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer. This relaxing and welcoming townhome invites guests to unwind and feel right at home. Experience the magic of Waikoloa Beach at our gorgeous townhome.

- Primary bedroom – King Bed with ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, sit/stand desk with monitor, dresser, walk in shower, soaking tub, 2 sinks and private lanai overlooking the golf course.
- Upstairs bedroom – King Bed with ensuite full bathroom.
- Upstairs bonus room – Queen sofabed and desk
- Downstairs bedroom – Twin beds with full bathroom just outside the bedroom door.
- Kitchen – Large family table with seating for 8. 4 bar stools. Everything needed for meal preparation is here, including: electric stove & oven, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, wine & beverage refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans with cooking utensils, basic dried spices, grilling utensils, mixing bowls, coffee maker, plastic food storage containers, and more.
- Washer and dryer - on the first floor with laundry detergent provided.
- Outdoor - Outdoor gas grill on lanai, outdoor table with seating for 6.
- Beach equipment – Beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon for transporting, cooler, beach toys, fins/masks for snorkeling (various sizes), body board (x4).
- Additional amenities – laundry detergent, 1 citronella candle for the lanai, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, extra batteries and light bulbs are in storage closets.
- Kid items – High chair, various kids toys, pack ‘n play, plastic cups and plates

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property on the Big Island. The setting truly felt like a little slice of paradise. The pool was easily accessible and perfect for relaxing, and the living veranda offered beautiful views overlooking a lush garden and the nearby golf course—such a peaceful spot to start or end the day.The location couldn’t have been better. We loved being able to walk to a gorgeous outdoor mall with great restaurants, and having a fun movie theater just a short stroll away was a bonus. It was also very easy to access the main highway, making it simple to explore the island and visit all the incredible beaches nearby.The condo itself felt like a home away from home. With two stories and plenty of space, it was perfect for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the outdoor space—with a BBQ and lots of room to gather—made it easy to enjoy meals and time together.We would highly recommend this accommodation and location to anyone looking to experience and enjoy the beauty of the Big Island. We’d gladly stay here again!
