Time out close to the sea

You are very welcome in this small but very cozy 1-room apartment.
There is a kitchen with a coffee machine and capsule machine (Lavazza), as well as a kettle, toaster, oven and a 4-burner stove. Up to 4 people can take a seat at the extendable table.
Have a glass of wine on the wonderful balcony and listen to the shouting of the seagulls.
There is an underground car park where you will find a very narrow parking lot (No. 18). From there you can take the elevator directly to the first floor of your apartment.
If you do not fit into the parking space with your car, you will be provided with a parking permit, which entitles you to park in all public parking lots subject to charges.
There is an Edeka market right in the house, where you can do your shopping. Various restaurants and bakeries as well as doctors are in the immediate vicinity, everything is within walking distance.
The bed with an open foot end is 1.80x2.00m. The bathroom is equipped with a modern washstand and a shower cabin. A hair dryer is of course also available. Washing machine (coin operated machine), dryer and a lockable bike room are in the common cellar.
The entire apartment is covered with vinyl planks.
If necessary, the room can be completely darkened with blinds.
Bedclothes and towels have to be brought along or can be booked as a package (€ 19 per person) or separately from my agent for a fee. The visitor's tax is also payable here.
The beach and the promenade are about 300m away. , there are many shops and you can stroll to your heart's content.
Take a deep breath and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air ... in every season.
Unfortunately four-legged friends and smokers have to stay outside or smoke outside ;-)
