We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just about 80 metres from the Baltic Sea beach and within walking distance of all the sights, such as the lighthouse, the Alter Strom, and more. Everyday amenities, such as a supermarket, pharmacy, and hair salon, are located just a 5-minute walk away at Kirchenplatz in the centre of Warnemünde.

Our modern, bright, and spacious 2-room holiday apartment “Ankerplatz,” with a side view of the sea stretching to the beach and the Warnemünde lighthouse, is approximately 50 square metres in size and accommodates 4 people.

On the lower level of “Ankerplatz,” you’ll find the cosy living room with a double sofa bed, TV/radio/CD/DVD player, and free Wi-Fi, as well as the bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, and the kitchen-living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

From the hallway, a spiral staircase leads up to the loft with the sleeping area. The bedroom features a double bed and two fold-out armchairs. This means that when accommodating four guests, you can choose whether to share the sleeping area among all four or have two people use the sleeper sofa in the living room instead.

The apartment has laminate flooring and is reserved for non-smokers. Pets are not allowed.
