Holiday house in the Seepark Nordhorn with sauna, whirlpool and fireplace

"Carpe Diem". This recently completed holiday home offers all the ingredients for a successful holiday. The house is on the water and in nature.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
Bed linen, towels, firewood, bicycles and groceries as well as baby cots and high chairs can be ordered for a fee.
A pet can be booked for an additional charge, others on request from your agency.
Multiple pets are allowed.

Experience a carefree time in our comfortably furnished holiday home. 2 bedrooms, one with an additional TV, a cozy living room with fireplace and bright dining area, a modern kitchen and a wellness bath with sauna and whirlpool ensure unforgettable vacation enjoyment.

From our large sun terrace you have a wonderful view of the lake park.

You can safely store your "Fietsen" (bicycles) in the in-house storage room and then inquire about the surroundings in the Grafschaft Bentheim.

The city center surrounded by water is close and you will find a variety of leisure options; Zoo, indoor pool, outdoor pool, ice rink, tennis courts and bowling alley, all within walking distance. The cozy small town of Nordhorn offers you a variety of restaurants and shops.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem Haus, und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen, d. h. Einkaufen als auch nett essen gehen zu können. Die Betten sind etwas niedrig, so dass man bei langen Beinen sich aus dem Bett hochbugsiert.Aber im Großen und Ganzen war es wieder eine schöne Zeit.

Im Grunde okay, aber leider muss man sagen, dass es in Nordhorn durchaus bessere Häuser gibt, was Sauberkeit und Ausstattung betrifft. Bereits beim Betreten nahmen wir einen Geruch wahr, der irgendwo zwischen nasser Hund und Nikotin war...das Saunalicht defekt, hat nach kurzer Zeit immer geflackert. Spinnweben an den Deckenlampen. Leider eine sehr laute Heizungsanlage im Anbau, welche in der Nacht bzw. beim ins Bett gehen doch sehr hörbar arbeitete. Kamin war leider nicht sauber bei unserer Ankunft und musste von uns erst einmal gesäubert werden. Bezüglich Grundausstattung wie Spüli, Zucker, Salz, was eigentlich Standard sein sollte, war leider ebenfalls nicht vorhanden..und eine Rolle Toilettenpapier ist auch nicht der Standard in den anderen Häusern in Nordhorn. Gläser waren auch zu wenig vorhanden. Zwei unterschiedliche Nachttisch-Lampen bestätigen dann leider unsere Meinung, dass der generelle Standard eben dann doch ein anderer ist. Was uns gefehlt hat, war ein erkennbares Konzept, welches man in anderen Häusern eben dann doch hat. Lieblos und schief hingehangene Bilder, ein zu kleiner Toilettendeckel für das WC, eine nicht sehr ansehnliche Klobürste und leider auch eine sehr fiese und arg in die Jahre gekommene Dusch-Gummilippe an der Dusch-Tür. Was allerdings gut war und wir dafür in anderen Häusern schon schlechter hatten, waren die Matratzen (Bodyguard von Bett1) und auch die Fußbodenheizung, die ordentlich ihren Dienst getan hat,dafür wirklich Daumen hoch!

Huisje carpe diem

Bij aankomst constateerden wij dat de douchekop niet meer opgehangen kon worden, aangezien de beugel was afgebroken. Er moest nu gedoucht worden met de doucheslang in de hand. Ook de stofzuiger konden wij niet gebruiken, deze was defect. Dit alles hebben wij na afloop van onze vakantie gemeld bij de verhuurder. Desondanks was het een net,schoon en ruim huisje. Voor vier personen ruimte genoeg.een nette grote tuin. Het park is nog in aanbouw,maar daar hebben wij geen hinder van ondervonden. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is uitermate goed. Voor weinig geld een prachtig chalet! Wij komen zeker een keer terug

Das Haus und die Lage ist sehr schön. Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die man verbessern/ erneuern könnte. Es ist für vier 4 Personen zu wenig Geschirr und auch Besteck vorhanden, so das man immer zwischendurch abwaschen muss und die Matratzen sind schon sehr durchgelegen. Ansonsten war alles bestens und ich hab mich wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Sehr angenehm ist die Fussbodenheizung. Leider grenzt ein Schlafzimmer an den Heizungsraum, hier hört man deutlich die Heizung. Daher haben wir das Schlafzimmer gewechselt. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Rundum zufrieden

Der Kurzurlaub hat uns wieder dort sehr gut gefallen, die Gegend ist wirklich wunderschön um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Das Objekt ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Sauna ist ein großer Pluspunkt bei uns. Im Winter gibt es einen Kamin, der das ganze noch gemütlicher wirken lässt. Bei der Kücheneinrichtung ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Man kann sogar Brötchen bei einem Lieferanten bestellen. Ein TV mit Netflix wäre an schlechteren Tagen gut, sonst kann man sich aber auch mit Brettspielen beschäftigen.
