This is a great new build in Houston. Still very new. We loved the location and the ability to pull into the garage at night. The kitchen was well stocked but we also never cooked in it. The property needs some attention to detail. The primary shower does not have hot water. The sinks had hot water but not the shower for some reason. The towels are not worth the fight. We stayed 3 nights and I went to buy new ones. The ones provided are paper thin and don't dry any water. There are no televisions in the house except the main living room. The trash cans are in the driveway. While we were there a storm blew threw and then there were trash cans everywhere. The neighbors never cleaned theirs up. I would recommend and we would stay again. Just needs some touches.
