Chalet with a hot tub and sauna
The entire residential building including the annex with a small wellness area is available to the guest.
The house is located high above the Brixen basin at 1450 m. Elevation in an absolutely quiet location.
From the holiday home you have a breathtaking view of the beautiful mountains of South Tyrol (Villnösser and Aferer Geisler)
The house was lovingly renovated and furnished in 2019.
On a living space of around 200 m² you will find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in addition to a fireplace. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
In the annex there is a small wellness area with a Finnish sauna and relaxation room, as well as an old, lovingly restored mill.
