Bright, spacious apartment in the heart of the Dolomites - Ortisei-St. Ulrich

Find a spacious, bright apartment in the heart of the Dolomites, to relax and to get away from stress? Then you are welcome in our apartment Cёsa Vernel. In a sunny, quiet and yet central location, it is in the summer the ideal starting point for hiking, mountaineering, cycling and mountain biking. In winter, skiing and tobogganing excursions and ski tours offer.
The 100 square meter apartment to be rented has been renovated and will be available for rent from 07.30.2016. It consists of 8 rooms, is very bright and is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes' walk from the pedestrian area. The apartment includes:
- a new, well-equipped kitchen (with oven,
       Microwave and dishwasher)
- a living room with TV
- 3 new bedrooms (made of spruce wood) -6 beds, on request an extra bed)
- 2 new bathrooms with shower and bidet, one with extra bath
- a new day toilet
- a terrace facing southeast
- a west-facing balcony
Additionally there are:
- a spacious garden
- Free Wi-Fi

Pets are not allowed, as we rent to allergic persons.

The prices from 30. November 2019 to 21, December 2019 already include the offer Super Premiere. (7 days for the price of 6 days.) If you book the apartment within this period, you will receive a voucher, which will allow you to purchase the ski pass and the ski equipment for 6 days for the price of 5 days).

The apartment was fantastic. It was spacious, clean, and the location was quiet but close to the town center. The hosts were communicative, welcoming, and very helpful. We were travelling with our young daughter and the hosts kindly provided a spacious travel cot and high chair, which was much appreciated. We had a wonderful Christmas week at the apartment and hope to return in the future!

Lovely Apartment, Fantastic Hosts!

We enjoyed our stay in Ortisei immensely and we would love to stay there again. The apartment was immaculate and well situated... within easy walking distance of the town center. Our hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Moroder, could not have been kinder or more helpful. Our group of friends and family highly recommend this lovely property!

We had the best of times at the apartment. We were 6 people (me, my partner, my parents, and two little kids). Everyone had their spaces. Bonus: there is a little yard where the kids could run around. It was the cleanest rental we've ever stayed at! The hosts were so nice and patients with our kids, even taught them some gardening :).Only downside was the very slow internet - make sure you have a good phone plan for internet coverage.Other than that, we plan to stay there again in the future!

Very new clean and nice apartment with beautifull views.

a very nice and cozy apartment just renovated. everything in wood is beautiful, nice beds and a great view of the mountains. the family lives underneath and is very neat and helpful and nice. car and driveway were cleared of snow for us, you get all the privacy you want. you can walk to the village and the slopes in 5 minutes. a super nice village with delicious restaurants, fresh bakery and nice shops. we had a wonderful time, thank you

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare sonnige Urlaubswoche in St. Ulrich. Die Unterkunft war super! Sehr sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und schnell erreichbar. Von St Ulrich aus kann man tolle Wanderungen und Bike-Touren unternehmen oder einfach mal durch den Ort bummeln. Unterkunft und Gegend unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt war super schön. Die Wohnung im Haus ist sehr Schön eingerichtet und wie gerade neu renoviert und sehr sauber . Die Wohnung hat einen seperaten Hauseingang und man fühlt sich wie in einem Einfamilienhaus . Auch die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend . Bei einer Bewertung von eins bis zehn gebe ich für die Wohnung und die Gastgeber eindeutig und in Übereinstimung mit meinen Mitreisenden die Note Zehn.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr saubere und mit Naturholzmöbeln ausgestattete Wohnung

Zusammen mit der Familie haben wir den Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß vom Ortskern und man kann ebenfalls zu Fuß Bergbahnen zu ausgesucht schönen Wanderzielen erreichen. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Dolomitenrundfahrten ist Sankt Ulrich perfekt geeignet. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen sympathisch und sehr nett - Vielen Dank Familie Moroder!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in St. Ulich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alle Zimmer neu eingerichtet bzw. renoviert. Zwei komplette Bäder sowie nochmals eine extra Toilette. Toll ist der Ausblick aus dem Wohn-Esszimmer auf die gegenüberliegenden Wiesen und die Dolomiten. Auch der sehr anspeechende, gepflegte Garten und der Balkon bieten diesen Blick. Die freundlichen Gastgeber runden das Wohlbefinden ab. Super Ausflugsziele in die Dolomiten. Gondel zur Seiser Alm, Raschöz und Seceda sind fußläufig erreichbar. Gut ausgeschilderte Wege und leckere Einkehrmöglichkeiten auf den Hütten. Super Urlaubsgebiet für einen spektakulären Wanderurlaub auch mit Kindern.
