Turquoise By The Sea is a Beach bungalow in North Pacific Beach located on Missouri Street, between Mission Blvd. and Bayard! Completely furnished, Turquoise By The Sea is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, just one block away from the ocean. In the fully enclosed backyard, your pets will be able to run around and you will find a BBQ and a fire pit, an outdoor table with an umbrella for 6 to enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather.

La Jolla is less than one mile away, Sea World is 2 miles away, Garnet Avenue for shopping, nightlife, and amazing views from historic Crystal Pier - all just three blocks away or even to famous Belmont Park (1.5 miles away) with the Giant Dipper, the historic roller coaster, catch a concert at Sound Wave (formerly Cane's) or ride the wave at the Wave House. Of course, Sail Bay with its picturesque scenery is blocks away too! Close to SDSU, USD, and UCSD. San Diego Bay Fair is just a bike ride away too! A short car ride gets you anywhere in the Mission Beach, Mission Bay, and Pacific Beach areas. Also not far is downtown San Diego and Petco Park, as well as Qualcomm Stadium and Balboa Park. Head up the hill for a scenic drive to the Viejas Casino and Outlet Center for world-class gambling and great bargains. A great time at a great place. Excellent location to beach and good times. A quintessential southern Ca beach cottage and very cozy, clean n quiet. Marco was very responsive and very helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely be on the return visit list!

Fantastic location, easy walk to the beach. Had many things like boogie boards, beach cruisers, chairs etc. which were a very nice addition. Garage was very convenient. Very clean with clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again in the future

Perfect small place for a short visit!

Since we moved to Phoenix in 2006, San Diego has been one of our favorite places to vacation. We both grew up not far from my beach (my husband is from Tuscany, Italy and I am from New York City) and the beach is one thing that Phoenix lacks! Purchasing a home in San Diego has been on our list for several years and we are so excited that we found this amazing place to enjoy and share with others!

Why they chose this property

We've stayed in many homes in the Pacific Beach area and we love it here. PB has a great relaxed beach vibe and is wonderful for families. We wanted a place that we could run home from the beach easily if we forgot something (with 2 kids that happens a lot!), and that would allow us to enjoy the great San Diego weather without even leaving our home. This place really does have everything we could ever hope for in a beach home.
