I am not sure of the exact beginning date, and I know from experience from past projects there are many days where nothing goes on. - Construction Discount - Please email with any questions.


Newly Remodeled! We are taking time out to do some traveling! Looking for guests who will respect our home! 2 BR, 1 BA Sleeps 4

The Most Adorable Beach Cottage Ever! You will love our 2 story Authentic Beach House! Built in 1925 - Very Charming.

We are about four houses from the Bay and about seven from the Ocean! Our cottage has parking!. I have installed high speed Internet access for your convenience!

There are 2 bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both with Queen Beds. There is one bathroom downstairs. There is a large deck with Lights, Umbrella, couch two chairs, portable fire pit and BBQ just through the french doors off the upstairs bedroom.

Two Beach Cruisers, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs & Beach Towels are provided for your pleasure!

We have a portable air conditioner upstairs that we have out during the hotter months. The ocean breeze does a great job of keeping the home cool.

There is a laundromat on the corner of our court for your convenience. We are very close to the YUMMY Mission Restaurant, TikTok famous Juice Wave, Shopping and more!

This is the perfect place for your vacation! You will love it!

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close the windows
During your stay - Trash pick up is on Tuesday mornings. I will place in the instructions which of the cans will be picked up during your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
4 persons maximum. No smoking or pets.
Evidence of tampering with locks/entering owner's locked cabinets/closet will result in forfeit of deposit and a police report will be filed.
No parties. If there are complaints, you will loose your deposit and will be asked to leave. You will not receive a refund.

This house was wonderful. I couldn’t think of a better place for my family of four to spend a week. I absolutely go again. The host was amazing a quick to reply. I’m so happy we went with this house for our stay. Very lucky to get to spend time in one of the OG cottages in Mission Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Location was perfect, house was clean, fully stocked kitchen, and beds were comfortable. The hot water would go in and out while showering, but the owner made us aware of that and it wasn’t a big deal.

The cottage was excellent. Felt very spacious for being relatively small — more than enough room for our family of four. It was very clean and amply supplied. We appreciated the beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs. Robin was excellent to communicate with and the location is perfect! We were there during the construction that the listing warned about but it wasn’t really a problem. They started early, which was fine for us as the kids never really adjusted to the time change so we were up early. Other than some noise, the construction next door did not interfere with our enjoyment of lovely Mission Beach!

Incredible location. Close to everything, and very walkable. Easy walk to the beach and the bay. Good restaurants nearby. Easy to hop in a car and get to nearly everything you’d want to see in the area in 20 mins. We came with a family of four and it was perfect. Host was awesome and very accessible. Highly recommend.

The communication from the host was top notch. The accommodations suited us perfectly and the proximity to the beach was perfect. We booked a stay here last minute and knew it might be tight with 4 adults. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the space was. It is small but very well done. We would prefer 2 bathrooms for 4 people but this was workable for our family and we would stay here again!
