Holiday house directly on the Grevelinger Meer, marina, golf course, sauna, beach, etc. for 4 people. Pure relaxation, even for the little ones!

Light-flooded entrance area with relaxation lounger, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, large living room with fireplace and dining area, adjoining kitchen and access to the large covered terrace complete the offer. WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV as well as Blu Ray player & music system are also available in the house. From the terrace you can reach the separate extension with infrared sauna and relaxation area. Of course, the house is tempered by a new gas central heating system and can therefore easily enable a very nice time even in the winter months.

The extension in the form of the garage that can be seen in some pictures is not part of the rental scope.

This detached holiday home with 80 m² of living space is embedded in a beautifully landscaped private garden with approx. 430m² of land.

A rattan furniture group is placed on the terrace. This consists of 4 armchairs and a table. Two comfortable loungers and a grill are available.

You can park in the front part of your own property directly in front of the entrance of the house, max. 3 cars.

The sailing school is attached to the marina. Here you can also go banana boating or rent a small motor boat. Kayaks and surfboards are also available for rent. You can play bowling or billiards in the center of Aquadelta, which can be reached on foot in approx. 10-15 minutes. A small play library and bike rental are also available here. The area is particularly suitable for cycling and much more.

Our house is in a quiet location, but still close to the center of Aquadelta, the dike, Grevelinger Sea, the marina and the beach. The golf course is round about 1000m far away. You can quickly reach almost all the amenities you need for a very pleasant and relaxing holiday on foot or by bike.

The house itself is located in Park Aquadelta, Parkteil Hoogerwerf. It is a very beautiful, quiet and green complex, where individually detached houses were built. From here you can walk to the other parts of the park de Tong, Aquadelta center and de Kreek.
From the house it is only approx. 700m to the dike on the Grevelinger Meer, very beautiful and modern marina with sailing school, 2 bathing bays also for the little ones, various sports facilities on and on the water, supermarkets, restaurants, snack bar, indoor playground, indoor swimming pool, squash, Tennis, various playgrounds, etc., everything within walking distance. Approx. 10 minutes drive to the cities of Zierikzee and Middelharnis and approx. 20-25 minutes drive to the huge North Sea beaches starting at Scharendijk. A very well-rounded offer! The small fishing village of Bruinisse is also within walking distance, where you will find various restaurants, supermarkets, snack bars, a harbor with fish bars, etc.

Zierikzee (spelling: Zierczee, Ziericzee) is a town in the southeast of the Dutch island of Schouwen-Duiveland (province of Zeeland) and about 10 minutes by car from the house.
Zierickzee is a very nice, seemingly small town, where you have various restaurants and shops available.
The city extends over around 2,300 hectares of land and had around inhabitants at the beginning of 2012. The Zeelandbrug (»Seelandbrücke«) connects Zierikzee to Noord-Beveland and thus to the extreme south of the Netherlands and towards Antwerp and Ghent.
Middelharnis (Zealand Menheerse) was a municipality in the Dutch province of South Holland on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee with inhabitants (as of January 1, 2012) [1] and a surface of 86.79 km² (of which 25.62 km² water).
Middelharnis can also be reached within 10 minutes by car in the opposite direction to Zierikzee and also offers various culinary and shopping opportunities.
Middelharnis is also the name of the main town in this former municipality. It has been part of the Goeree-Overflakkee community since January 1, 2013.

The nearest beaches can be reached in a good 20 minutes by car in Scharendijke. Scharendijke borders the Grevelinger Meer with the North Sea. Even the drive to the stands is fantastic, as you can see the Grevelinger Sea on the right and the North Sea with its wonderful beaches on the left.

Once here, the beaches run almost halfway around the island, unbelievable. So for many miles just beaches.

Of course there are various beach restaurants. We particularly recommend the Perrys, where you can experience a really extraordinary ambience, good service and products.

If these beaches are not enough and you want to enjoy the beaches and the dunes even more intensively, even during the high season not overcrowded, drive past Burgh Haamstede towards the beaches and you will experience more and even more intense dunes and beaches. Here you have to take a few more driving minutes into account. Still fantastic!
