Welcome to the restful waterfront escape—set on the edge of a scenic pond with unreal sunsets. Spend your days poolside and your evenings on the patio as the sky lights up over the water. With 4 bedrooms and 10 beds, there’s room for everyone to spread out, sleep comfortably, and make memories together. Nature, luxury, and total relaxation. This home is perfectly situated between Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island, so whatever island or activity you're headed to, we're here for it!

Welcome to Sunset Shores—your bright, coastal home base in Sarasota, perfectly set up for beach days, sports weekends, and family getaways.
Inside, you’ll find an airy, sun-filled living space with comfortable seating, coastal décor, a Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi—easy for relaxing nights in or staying connected. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space, plus a stylish dining area for shared meals. Step out to the private patio to enjoy coffee in the sunshine or wind down after a full day of exploring.
With 4 bedrooms and 10 beds, there’s room for everyone to spread out and sleep comfortably:
Primary suite: King bed
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds
Family bunk room: King + full-over-full bunks + trundle
Bedroom 4: Two twin beds
Location-wise, Sunset Shores makes everything simple—just minutes from SRQ Airport and close to Lakewood Ranch, IMG Academy, and Sarasota’s top beaches, including Anna Maria Island, Lido Beach, and Siesta Key. Whether you’re here for beach hopping, tournaments, shopping, dining, or downtime, this is the kind of place that makes the whole trip feel effortless.

Pool heat is available for $100—just let us know if you’d like us to turn it on for your stay. We’ll set the pool to 85°F. (A quick heads-up: if the outdoor temperature drops below 65°F, most Florida pool heaters can only warm the water to about 20°F above the air temperature.)
If you’re bringing a furry friend, we’re happy to host pets! Our pet fee is $150 for the first pet and $30 for each additional pet.
