3/2 with 2/2 guest house + clubroom and heated pool, just steps to Atlantic Ave! This charming historic property has been remodeled top to bottom and can accommodate up to 12 guests. The indoor/ outdoor club room is perfect for entertaining, featuring a pool table and summer kitchen.

No parties or events. Minimum age to rent is thirty years old. Mini split will be Installed December 2025 in club room to provide heating and cooling to the club room. Until then you will not be able to control the temperature
