Arguably the best location in Delray Beach! Walk everywhere and enjoy this hard-to-find Key West vibe house. Deceptively large.... 4/3.5 with two living rooms, two kitchens, beautiful heated, saltwater pool... an Oasis only 3 blocks off "The Ave" at 'Old School Square and Historic Banker's Row' where everything happens- restaurants, concerts, Farmers' Market, celebrations, bars/pubs shopping, etc... Consistent repeat guests. Four bedrooms (including two ensuites, one on the first floor), three full bathrooms, one half bathroom in pool room, Sleeps 12 (8 in beds, one queen fold-down daybed, one twin trundle and one fold-down bench). Large beach-chic farm table for 10+ in the main dining room (we've had 17 at that table!), two living areas, and mega party space with wrap around sliders with indoor/outdoor bar and heated saltwater pool. Newly renovated "pool room" with giant quartzite bar and seating for 8+, 2nd kitchen, ice maker, and living area w/60" Smart TV for watching the games, etc.. Note: the property does use outdoor security cameras: front door bell, sides, and pool area purely for safety and security.

Fantastic Property

Seven of us stayed in this beautiful home and it made our trip so enjoyable. The house is in a great location, clean, well-appointed, and very charming. Beautiful home with a stocked kitchen! It was perfect for our family! Jill gave us the best recommendations. Our family enjoyed the large golf carts… easy to rent right next-door. This home has everything & the pool is such a bonus!

Beautiful location, even more beautiful home!!

Jill has thought of everything in this beautiful home. Perfect distance to all that Del Ray has to offer. A short walk on quaint streets to Atlantic ave. The host/home have everything you need to feel at home during your stay including clean towels, bedding, etc. Host was wonderful to work with. Hope to stay here again!

Truly gorgeous

What a lovely home to call our home for a week. The house was beautifully decorated, all the items you need are there and Jill is an incredible human being. She is thoughtful and full advice. We all enjoyed every feature of the home. The location to Atlantic Avenue is so close and even closer to Pineapple Grove. Our family will definitely stay again.

Delray Neighborhood With Privacy and Luxury

Property is everything expected and then some. Jill and Jeffery are great hosts and very responsive. The documentation on how systems work is outstanding. The ease of a walk to Atlantic Avenue makes this a special place. When you return home, the pool area is inviting and the water is 90F. Morning coffee on the porch, with cloth sunscreens for comfort. The furnishing, finishes and fixtures all top notch. The home is equipped with everything one could imagine.

Property as listed. Furnishings A+ Bedrooms very nice. (A+) Kitchen had anything you needed ( A+) bathrooms nice but wish there was a bathroom by the pool and not part of master bath. Pool was to hot and we were not able to lower temperature. Outdoor area needs an outdoor fan bc very hot and no air circulation in backyard. pool was never refreshing (to hot) so we really did not use Owner easy to communicate

Great family stay for the holidays

Great property for my family of 8.Owner was very responsive to any needs that we had. Property close to all of the restaurants,markets,pharmacies and only 1 and 1/2 miles walking to beach. Lots of sofas and TVs

A great house!

My family rented the house for a family gathering and found it to be perfect. It is in the heart of Delray Beach and is close to all the town has to offer. The house is well stocked with everything we needed for our stay including a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens for beds and baths. There is a small grocery store within walking distance and a Publix a quick drive to the east. It is a very cute house!

If you like night life, the beach and hanging out by your own private pool than I'd strongly recommend you try this property. It's a lovely 5 minute walk to "The Ave" which is where all the shopping, restaurants, night life and live outdoor entertainment is. It's a 15 minute walk to the beach although there are plenty of Uber's around if you aren't into walking. The best part about the house is that the pictures on-line do not do it justice. The pool and pool room that is adjacent to the pool is the highlight. Great party and/or relaxing area for young and old. My wife and I went with our 3 adult sons but it would have been just as appropriate and fun if they were still kids. The kitchen includes state of the art finishings and is equipped with everything you would ever need. It easily beats a hotel stay if you are up for time by the beach, happy hour, a great meal and ending the day by your private pool. Lastly the owner, Jill, is a great lady and very easy to work with.

Vintage Delray Retreat

We cannot even put into words how perfect this house is for a getaway. It embodies everything that Delray Beach has to offer. No amenity is left unaddressed and the house supports all sorts of activities in South Florida. It is three blocks through Pineapple Grove to Delray’s most vibrant Atlantic Avenue. It is perfect for all ages and we’d be hard pressed to find even one negative about it!

This property is casual luxury, beautiful "Key West style" beach home with multiple spaces for relaxing, partying, watching TV and entertaining. Literally the best location in Delray- walk to everything. 3 blocks from the heart of Delray's bustling excitement: restaurants, shops, Old School Square, Farmer's Market (at end of street), and Atlantic Ave... the "Ave". Newly renovated, new heated saltwater pool, beautiful outdoor space and quintessential wrap around front porch with rocking chairs.

What makes this property unique

This is a home designed for people who want an executive-quality family or small group getaway without the hassle of driving anywhere. Private heated, saltwater pool with water elements and waterfall. Key West traditional style and 3000+ sf. Newly renovated in 2016-2017, with four bedrooms (including two master suites, one on the first floor), 3.5 bathrooms, (plenty of room for several air mattresses too), two living areas, a main kitchen and huge dining for 10++, plus an additional party kitchen with ice maker that opens completely-- a wall of giant sliders- to the pool and deck. Four large SMART TV's, luxury furnishings, beach chairs, gas fire table, gas grill, outdoor dining, and two private parking spaces (additional parking on the street). 3 blocks from the heart of Delray's fun, nightlife, restaurants, bars, shops, festivals, famous farmer's market, and a 15 min walk to the Atlantic Ocean, crossing over the intracoastal. Only one block to many fine restaurants, and a four block walk to Walgreens and Publix (grocery). No need for a car at all!! Renting a golf cart is a great idea for fun....
