Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Everything off? Be sure to put the key inside the lock box you used to gain access to the apartment, put it on the door outside again. Lock box and twirl the numbers. You’re all set to say goodbye!

We recently stayed in this beautifully updated 2-bedroom duplex, and it exceeded our expectations. The space was exceptionally clean, modern, and thoughtfully renovated, making it feel both comfortable and inviting. Each room was well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and a fresh, updated look.One of the best features is the location—just a short distance from historic downtown New Port Richey. It was so convenient to explore the charming local shops, enjoy nearby restaurants, and take in the character of the area without needing to travel far.Overall, this duplex offers the perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay close to everything New Port Richey has to offer.

New Port Richey has one of the most lively energies, while still remaining chill and laid back. The downtown area, within walking distance from the house, has plenty of live music locations, arts & crafts, wonderful restaurants, and a very generous list of free events in Sims Park. You can enjoy a farmer's market on the weekends by the library or take a 5 minute drive to the beach for a day out on the water. The options are endless.
