The house is located on the outskirts surrounded by green meadows and trees. The extensive property around the house with tall trees and seating in the green offers the ideal atmosphere to find peace and relaxation. Since the access road is a cul-de-sac without through traffic, the holiday property is also ideal for families with children who find plenty of space to play and run around.
A mountain bike route passes in the immediate vicinity, the Maare-Mosel bike path is only approx. 4 km away. There are numerous trails all around for hiking or walking.
The holiday home EifelNatur 1 offers a total of 3 floors on approx. 330 sqm.
There are 9 bedrooms with 21 beds, 6 bathrooms mostly with showers and two with a bathtub. The spacious living room on the ground floor with seating at the table for 21 people offers itself as a common room for dining and together.
The terrace with barbecue and garden seating as well as the south-facing balconies invite you to linger and enjoy.
On the common terrace behind the house and the extensive grounds around the house there is a table tennis table and a children's playground with a swing and slide, a climbing root and seating.
In bad weather, the pool table, foosball table or sauna offers a lot of fun and variety. The apartments all have an open fireplace or Stove for the cozy hours.
