Pros: Great location! Matthew the host was wonderful - very responsive, good communicator, nice guy. Mini-split works; bed is not bad. Cons: The bathroom is ridiculous - door is hung the wrong way so you can't get in easily, toilet seat is the wrong size, the shower is flat so water runs out. Like many VRBO units, it was minimally provisioned. Couch and chairs are uncomfortable. Great part of town to be in but could probably do better for the price.
