Matthew was very easy to communicate with and he was responsive. The challenges I had with the property were regarding the accuracy of the listing and what the apartment offered. The apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned when I arrived. The linens did not fit the size of the bed. I had to get linens from my daughter because I did not want to sleep on the mattress where the sheet did not cover it. The sofas were stained. They had slip covers that could have been washed but hadn’t been for some time. The internet stopped working partway through and despite Matthew trying to get the company to do something the issue was not resolved. I ended up having to go to my daughter’s apartment for the last four days of my stay to access WiFi. This apartment has a lot of potential if they can figure the cleanliness and the WiFi. They could also use pots and pans that are not so scratched and pitted. I took a gamble being the first to stay there and hope that they prepare the apartment for future visitors more thoroughly.
