Great spot, right on the beach and couldn’t ask for a better location. The condo was clean, all the kitchen appliances worked great, and the beds were comfortable. The only knock was on the building’s elevator issues (which is obviously out of the host’s control, of course). 1 of 2 elevators were functional for the duration of our stay, but not a huge deal.

The property itself is perfect setting for dolphins and surfing, board walk activities. Family perfect, low key. The particular room we had was NOT worth the money we paid, kitchen was not fully stocked, toiletries also not adequate. Floor had marks all over and some holes in it as well. Screen door had holes, Just NOT a 4STAR or 5STAR room. Elevator was down more then half our 10 days. Even though its smoke free, and fines for offenders, smoking on balcony was done. We had great weather, and a perfect Ocean view, so we made the best of it all.

Great spot on the boardwalk but away from the noise. Condo had everything we needed. We were there for four nights and never needed our own soaps or paper products! Owners left us a lovely bottle of white wine, candy and a welcome note. Owners were very responsive. My best friend and I had a lovely, relaxing stay. I would definitely rent this property again!

While the location of this property is undeniably fantastic, the unit itself falls significantly short of expectations, especially given the premium price point of over 3,300 for a five-night stay. The space feels neglected, dated, and lacks basic tidiness. The furnishings are far past their prime—specifically the rusted bed frames, a heavily sagging sofa, and visibly cracked floors. Additionally, the host's communication style and restrictive policies regarding basic amenities like towels felt unnecessarily petty for a rental in this price tier. When guests are paying top dollar, rationing towels should not be a concern. I strongly suggest the host invest in a thorough renovation and update the furnishings to justify their current rates.
