'No Worries-Be Happy' is a recently redecorated NON-SMOKING 2-bedroom twin home located along the wide sandy beaches of the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia Beach, VA. 'No Worries' is the front unit. (See vrbo listing #921880 for adjacent condo if this one is not available or if you need to rent both units.)

These charming beach homes each sleep six and are ideally located directly across from a direct pathway to the beach. Rent one home for your smaller group or rent both homes for family and friends wishing to vacation together. This front unit has a large 2nd floor deck.

The beach here along the Chesapeake Bay is a secret well-hidden from most tourist visiting Virginia Beach. The surprisingly wide stretch of beach provides plenty of room to enjoy the day as you please: swimming, fishing, volleyball or simply sunbathing. The gentle surf is great for children or just relaxing on a float in the water. For early-risers, the beach offers an inspiring sunrise. The Virginia Beach Resort area is a short drive away if you want to spend a day there. Please note that we have a Family Group Policy in effect for this condo. See details below.

We reached out to Mark last minute and he got back to us right away. My wife and two boys loved this B&B… space, cleanliness, and location. There was also a sense of community with other renters and people on the beach. We will be coming back in the future.

The property is in a great location. It could use some updating but was great for our needs. One downfall was if you use their linens you have to wash them before leaving. Also, the sky light in the master bedroom could use a shade. Other than those minor things, we would recommend and stay again! Communication was very good too!

My family and I were in the area for my brother’s wedding and this was perfect! The kids loved the house and we loved the location to the beach and other things we needed to access. House was exactly as listed and made for a great place for a vacation.Communication was perfect before booking. We did not need anything while there but owners shared a phone number for text or calls if we needed anything.

Hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood across from direct access to Chic’s Beach! Just as described! Perfect for couples or a family! Would definitely rent again! Nice amenities. ⭐️

Nice place, great location

We stayed 13 days. The property was exactly as described. Directly across the street from the path to the beach. About 25 minutes from downtown Norfolk, and 20 minutes from most everything else. We stayed in January/February so it was very quiet. We will rent from this vendor again.

Is time to Birhinia Beach

The weather was cold so could not enjoy the beach. Picture on listing showed Keurig coffeemaker but there was not one so we had to go buy one. Property needs some definite work. Location was nice.

Great get away

Very quiet and peaceful residential area. Short walk across the street to the pathway to the bay beach. Decking is in much need of repair but everything else was clean and updated. Please be aware (because it is not disclosed in the listing) linens and towels are included-but the owners ask for you to wash, dry and fold before checking out. I have stayed at many VRBOs and Air B and Bs and never had to do this! You can also bring your own or rent from a rental company. Beach chairs and new gas grill were nice addition to make our stay comfortable . If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing experience, away from Oceanfront- this is the place for you!

Love this place!!

This was our 2nd time staying. We LOVE the location. It is quiet, peaceful, right at the beach, but still close to stores, restaurants etc. For our family, it is perfect!

Wonderful access to the beach

The house is just as described. It was comfortable. The best amenity is the beach access immediately across the road from the house. It was wonderful to take long walks on the beach and easily return home.

Beautiful Neighborhood & Beach Location

Location in proximity to the beach was great, especially when you have young ones to tote as well. The beach itself was very clean and quiet, and certainly off the beaten path. The housing was good too, I enjoyed the downstairs open floor plan,outside shower and big bathtub. The porch/decking all around the house is definitely due for some updating, there is old wood that is splitting and nails that are starting to come up. I also felt the living room furniture and bedroom mattresses are due to be updated as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back again for sure.
