Great location. Outdated. Outlet cover in the kitchen fell off just touching it lightly. Door bolt hanging on by one short screw, not at all functional. We left a day early because we go tired of killing bugs in all the rooms. Communicated the bug issue and they said someone would come the next day, but no one ever showed up.

Regarding the pest concern, our records show this was reported to our 24/7 Guest Services team, who promptly notified the local Property Manager. It was determined that treatment from Pest Control, managed by the Homeowners Association, was required. While we regret this could not be resolved during your stay, the issue has since been addressed. Upon review we do not show that the maintenance concerns were reported during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have coordinated prompt resolution. Your feedback has been shared with our Operations Team for review and improvement.
