Welcome to Pacific Flyaway, a beautiful coastal retreat perched on the 15th fairway of Bodega Harbour. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean from this contemporary home; watch the golfers go by and the wildlife that frequents the wide open greens. With spa-like bathrooms, bright interiors and thoughtful design throughout, it’s the perfect place to savor the coastal rhythm, relax & feel that you are far from the noise of everyday life.

The space
Pacific Flyaway is filled with natural light, a sense of calm, and furnishings chosen for comfort and style. Every detail in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home — the artwork, the textures and colors, the small amenities—comes together to create a space that feels both intentional and effortlessly welcoming.

The great room is the heart of the home with its simple pop of colors, and tall windows framing the fairway and the ocean beyond. The log-burning fireplace adds a cozy glow on cool coastal mornings and chilly evenings, making it the perfect spot for reading, chatting, or watching a movie. A large, plush sofa anchors the room, giving your group space to relax without feeling crowded.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream (the owner is a chef): full-sized fridge, oven, microwave, and gas stove-top, plus ample counter space and all the essentials you might need! With an abundance of cookware, dishes, and utensils, it’s perfect for preparing anything from full meals to quick snacks between adventures. Best of all, you can enjoy ocean views from the kitchen! Enjoy preparing a fresh seafood dinner, a luxurious brunch, or a happy hour spread of local wines and cheeses.
The adjacent dining area also enjoys golf course and ocean views. The simple dining table has plenty of room for six guests, and can be extended to seat eight. This dining room calls for sharing tasty meals, laughter, and conversation.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to feel serene and restful. The primary bedroom, with en suite bath and a king bed, has water views and a sliding door to the deck. The second bedroom, also with a king bed, offers wide open views of the coastal hills. The third bedroom offers cozy comfort and a plush queen bed. All bedrooms have quality linens, soft bedding and plenty of pillows.

The private courtyard entrance has a gas BBQ grill and seating so you can sit and chat or enjoy a cocktail while the smell of sizzling barbecue fills the air.

The gem of the house is the spacious back deck with breathtaking views of the ocean, Doran Beach, Bodega Head, and the rolling greens of the 15th fairway. There is a large, comfortable dining table for six and an additional area with lounge seating for two - the perfect place for morning coffee or a relaxing happy hour. Nothing is lovelier than watching the sun set over Bodega Head in the evening.

Bodega Harbour is known for its quiet charm and scenic coastal trails. From the home, you can take a short walk to the beach or stroll to the Bodega Harbour Clubhouse. Guests are welcome to use the tennis, pickleball, basketball, and bocce ball courts. You are also welcome to enjoy a fabulous meal, with stunning views, at the Bluewater Bistro.

Bodega Bay offers a wide array of activities, seafood shacks, scenic overlooks at Bodega Head, whale watching, coastal hikes, golf, and wine tasting throughout Sonoma County. It’s a beautifully balanced place to reset and explore.

The kitchen was well-stocked and had the cutest matching sets of high-quality ceramic plates, bowls, glasses, and more. The bedding was hotel quality and even more comfortable than our bed at home! Bathrooms were newly remodeled, exceptionally clean, and spa-like. I have never seen a place with such thoughtful touches, so incredibly neat, and convenient. All our needs were anticipated. Important notes:

- Most of our guests love this home for its close connection to nature. Since we’re in a beautiful coastal area with lots of wildlife, it’s normal to occasionally see an insect or two that may wander in through an open door or window.

- Please wipe up spills promptly and store food in the fridge or covered containers. Leaving food out can attract ants, so keeping things tidy helps prevent that.

- We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 overnight guests and allow up to 6 additional daytime visitors, for a total of 12 people on the property. Daytime visitors are welcome between 7 AM and 10 PM.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We appreciate your help in keeping the Bodega Harbour community peaceful and being considerate of our neighbors.

- No smoking: This is a no-smoking home (including vaping). A deep-clean fee will apply if this rule is violated.

- Pets are not allowed in this home. If you’ll be traveling with a service animal, please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure a smooth check in.

- No parties or large events allowed. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and with neighbors nearby, noise carries easily. We appreciate your help in keeping the area peaceful.

- Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles, a two-car garage you can park in as well. There can be no more than 4 cars at this residence. Please note that parking of RVs, Motorhomes, Boats or Trailers are not permitted within the community.

- Fire Safety: Fireplace is available for use. Please follow the safety instructions in the welcome guide and never leave fires unattended. Fire extinguisher is in the kitchen pantry.

*** We work with a private security company that can be dispatched if we receive reports of excessive noise or parking violations.

*** As is common with many homes and vacation rental properties, we have installed on-site devices for your security. These may include electronic door locks, light timers, security alarms, exterior motion sensors, outdoor facing cameras (which record whenever motion is detected including voices), smoke detection devices, and decibel meters (which do not record voices). For your privacy, we do not have any cameras inside the house. Cameras are all in plain sight and are located at the front entrance doorbell, and inside the garage. Tampering with the WiFi, mesh routers, or any of the security devices is grounds for immediate eviction with no refunds.

Damage Protection Coverage

When you stay at Pacific Flyaway, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a "management fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
