Unit appears as of permanently occupied , Vrbo did no action to resolve issue. The listing should state that it has a permanent occupant or that there are a lot of personal items in the unit.The unit is completely full of owners personal belongings, there are clothes still folded in drawers and two closets completely full of clothes and other personal items.The garage contains a lot of old belongings packed Unit was not cleaned AT ALL. Old food and drinks under bed, dirty wash cloths on beds and used soap with suds still on it placed on a shelf in hallway. Trash under sinks, it seemed very obvious someone is staying in this unit on a permanent basis. Owner denied it, I sent pictures to Vrbo customer service but all they did was report it to the owner who just offered to have someone clear out all the food from the refrigerator. There was even a load of laundry still in the dryer. I’m not even bothered by the owner it’s Vrbo and their lack of transparency and policies regarding this type of circumstance that is a real problem.
