You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts to help keep the space tidy and pleasant for everyone.

- Vomit, bodily fluids, or human/animal waste: $250

- Illegal drug paraphernalia: $250

- Glitter or confetti: $200

- Unauthorized pets: $200 per pet

- Excessive dirty dishes: $50

- Missing towel: $20 per towel



🚰 Plumbing & Drain Care

- Do not flush items that may cause plumbing issues

- Do not pour grease down the drain



🎒 Forgotten Personal Items

- Items left behind may be shipped within one week of discovery

- Guest pays shipping costs + $30 handling fee

- Domestic shipping only (no international shipments)



👥 Guests

- Any additional guests must be approved in advance

- Unauthorized extra guests = immediate cancellation without refund + removal from the property

- Unapproved additional guests: $75 per person

- The main guest is responsible for all damages caused by their party



⏰ Late Checkout

- $60 per hour (pro-rated) if you stay beyond checkout without approval

- Complimentary late checkout may be offered if requested before the day of departure (subject to cleaning team availability)
