Gina - Theater Home, in the historic centre with beautiful lake view

The apartment "Gina" is located in the hamlet of Olzano (Tignale), in a central position with a beautiful view of the historic centre with the church of San Lorenzo, about 7 km away. from Lake Garda. It is part of the charming rustic "Cà de l'Adamo", typical house of the place, renovated trying not to take away that taste of life lived, typical of the houses of the historical centre. Furnished with a refinement of details in a contemporary country style that creates a warm but modern atmosphere. It has every comfort to make your holiday easy and gives you the opportunity to relax immersed in the typical life of the locals. At approx. 700 m is the centre of Gardola, within walking distance, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops etc. at approx. 2 km the municipal swimming pool and the Centro Visitatori Parco Alto Garda and the fun adventure park "Flying frogs". A few minutes by car or by transfer (free for our customers) we reach the well-equipped beach "Pra dela Fam”.

The apartment is a three-room apartment on the first floor of approx. 70 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. Comforts include a kitchen (4 burner induction hob and extractor fan), oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, German coffee machine, courtesy set in the kitchen, dish detergent, dishcloth, washing machine. In the apartment there are also candles, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi line and a welcome gift. There are two municipal parking lots for the car.



Free access to the swimming pool of another residence about 300 meters from the apartment.



Sport and health: outdoor pool in 2 km away, tennis court 300 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
