Wirklich schöne Wohnung tolle Lage

Unser Urlaub bei ihnen war wirklich schön. Es gibt ein paar kleine Mängel, nach denen meiner Meinung aber dringend geschaut werden sollte. Wenn man an das Gehäuse der Spülmaschine kommt bekommt man einen Stromschlag nicht stark aber ich denke trotzdem dass man da unbedingt einen Fachmann nachschauen lassen muss. Das Regal in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer an der Wand ist nicht belastbar man sieht schon das unterhalb des Regals der Putz herausgebrochen ist und somit wäre es sinnvoll, das instand zu setzen um einen größeren Schaden nicht unnötig in Kauf zu nehmen . Ein Ventilator bei diesen heißen Temperaturen wäre empfehlenswert da diese Wohnung keine Klimaanlage hat. Ebenfalls sollte man schauen, dass die Spülmaschine mit Salz und Klarspüler aufgefüllt ist. Das war das erste was wir kaufen mussten um die Maschine ordnungsgemäß benutzen zu können. Das sind die Punkte die ich ansprechen wollte da ich es wichtig finde eine ehrliche Bewertung abzugeben. Trotzdem ist ihre Wohnung wirklich schön und wir überlegen natürlich mal wieder zu kommen.

Erholung pur

Tolle Lage. Der Blick von der großen Terrasse ist der Hammer. Geräumige und küchentechnisch sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. WLAN ist eine Katastrophe. Da der Mobilfunk recht schwach ist, braucht es dringend besseres WLAN. Ich fände es auch gut, wenn es irgendwie eine Rezeption geben würde, so dass man einen direkten Ansprechpartner hätte.

Urlaub am Gardasee

Der Gardasee und die Umgebung ist herrlich. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, was sehr angenehm war. Das Büro am Ankunftstag sollte eigentlich besetzt sein zwischen 15.00 und 18.00 Uhr. Wir waren pünktlich da, haben aber nur einen Zettel und den Schlüssel im Briefkasten vorgefunden. Eine Wegbeschreibung von der Tiefgarage war vorhanden. Den Weg zur Wohnung mussten wir alleine erkunden, was nicht sehr einfach war. In der Wohnung mussten wir erst die Heizung anstellen, ansonsten hätten wir kein warmes Wasser gehabt. DenRouter mussten wir auch erst suchen und anschalten, sonst kein W-LAN. Insgesamt könnte die Betreuung und auch der Service verbessert werden.
