This Hammondsport, 2-acre lake house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen bed. Views of the lake from almost every room. Guests will find 2.5 bathrooms equipped with both showers and bathtubs, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A bonus room offers extra sleeping options with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, making it a marvelous space for families or groups. A huge wrap around deck that gives amazing 180 views of Waneta Lake right in front of the home. With a 2-minute walk to our private dock, so bring your boats and water gear! The bonus of this home that is unique to anything in this area, a 26-foot wrap around customized Tiki Bar and Game area with outdoor/indoor recreational set up. With heating and AC, the house stays cozy no matter the season.
Our home has the perfect set up for hosting family reunions, gatherings, bridal and wedding parties, wine-tasting weekends and fun friendly getaways outside of New York City. With a 4 hour drive from NYC, the center of the Finger Lakes Wine Tasting region and 2.5 hour drive to Niagara Falls, this home is truly a magical getaway for nature seekers alike.

Jessica really stood out as a host—she was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The home itself is impressive, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming. The tiki bar on the lower level was a highlight and added a special touch to our vacation. I’m already planning a return trip, next time with the girls!

We loved this house! It felt very clean and had more than enough space for my friends and I. The view of the lake was breathtaking and the bar in the basement was so fun. There's a lot to do nearby, on top of wine tasting, we visited the nearby towns of Hammonsport, Watkins Glenn and Geneva which were all so cute. My favorite winery was Magnus Ridge, about 20 minutes from the house.
