Idyllic Apartment "Confolia 3" with Mountain View, Garden & Wi-Fi
Situated in La Valle, on a hillside overlooking the mountain panorama as well as the valley, the apartment Confolia 3 is located in a typical alpine residential house. The rustic holiday apartment consists of a cosy kitchen with dining table and corner seat, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi as well as a TV and if requested in advance, a cot and also a high chair for children are also available (for free). The outdoor area boasts a balcony, a private garden and an open terrace with barbecue, where you can spend relaxing hours in the sun in summer and admire the enchanting snowy landscape in winter. There is a restaurant 150 m from the accommodation and a supermarket 1.5 km away. The Braies Lake, one of the biggest attractions of the region, is only a 50-minute drive away and the Kronplatz skiing area is also only 25 km from the property.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit einzigartigen Ausblick
Wir sind zu zweit mit Hund angereist und hatten die Wohnung mit Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns gut selbst versorgen konnten. Auf der Terrasse kann man den Ausblick super genießen.
Die Dame war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden.

Sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Teilen.
1. Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Bad.
2. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett + Einzelbett und Bad.
Sehr ruhige Lage mit grandioser Aussicht und Startpunkt für Bergwanderungen. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar Zucker, Salz Öl usw.
Auf der zugehörigen Terrasse gibt es einen Tisch mit Stühlen und Liegestühle.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The property was exactly like I imagined, the cottage house with breathtaking view and a lovely land
Pros: The property was exactly like I imagined, the cottage house with breathtaking view and a lovely landlady. The house is located in very suitable location to explore the Dolomites( lakes and peaks). Landlady is the best host ever. She helped us with an unexpected situation during the stay and she was really open and friendly. We are grateful to met her and spent time at her house.
