In the beautiful South Tyrol/Alto Adige the comfortable apartment "Klementhof Nr 7" welcomes you on the outskirts of Natz-Schabs/Naz-Sciaves. The 45m² large and modernly equipped vacation apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, as well as a baby crib and a high chair.

From the apartment's furnished balcony, you can enjoy views of the surrounding mountains. There are also 5 restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, which can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is only 228m away.

Very nice stay

We were very satisfied. The apartment we had was cosy, large, very clean. The owner nice and helpful. We liked the village and even though it’s a bit far from the ski slopes and we didn’t have a car, we still managed to commute by bus / ski bus without any issues.
