This holiday apartment is part of a residential complex located just a few steps from the lakeside promenade of Malcesine, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Situated on the first floor, the apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a dining table and two single beds, as well as a double bedroom and a bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Outside, you will find a private balcony where you can relax in the evening. The complex's shared terrace, furnished with dining tables and sun loungers, offers a view of the historic castle of Malcesine and a splendid lake view. There is also a communal pool, ideal for cooling off on warmer afternoons. Thanks to the excellent location of the property, supermarkets, restaurants and shops in the city centre are about 250 metres away, or about a 4-minute walk. Several beaches, such as the pebble/grass Lido Paina beach, are located along the lakeside, about 500 metres or a 6-minute walk from the property.

Pros: Wir fanden die Unterkunft für eine Familie ideal. Man ist schnell in der Stadt, die Mittelstation vom Monte Baldo ist direkt gegenüber - gleich neben einem leckeren Bäcker! Zum See ist es auch nicht weit, man läuft 10 Minuten. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind super!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung am Fuße des Monte Baldo mit Blick auf die Scaliger Burg und nur 5min vom
Pros: Die Ferienwohnung hat eine traumhafte Lage direkt neben der Seilbahn zum Monte Baldo und neben einem leckeren Bäcker ;) Von einem unserer Balkons hatten wir Blick auf die Skaliger Burg. Einfach wunderschön!
Der Pool ist auch wirklich ein Traum unter Olivenbäumen und nur für die Gäste des Hauses und somit nie zu voll. ;)
Der Empfang war super nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Ein Kinderstühlchen wurde sofort besorgt und auch bei anderen Kleinigkeiten war man sehr hilfbereit. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wunderschön gelegene Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung liegt optimal in der Nähe des Stadtkerns und des Sees. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Burg und den See. Die Ferienwohnung eignet sich besonders gut für Reisen mit Freunden und war super sauber. Gerne wieder!
