Just 1 block from the stunning Grandview Beach, this new designer bungalow is a perfect spot to unwind, surf and enjoy the beach. Located west of the 101, where you can walk to many great cafes, or stock up at the local grocery store for a home cooked meal. Dine or work in your own private garden equipped with a heated outdoor shower for a rinse after a day at the beach.

Equipped with high speed internet, streaming TV, A/C, washer dryer, full closet and, oh yes, a Toto bidet!
