The Space:

In the living room, a comfy couch and armchair sit across from the smart TV, creating a welcoming spot for movie nights or winding down after a day outdoors. Slide the doors open and step onto your private deck, where a table for two invites you to enjoy al fresco meals with calming water views that make every moment feel like a true getaway.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 25 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• This home is a sister unit to Driftwood Den. Larger groups should consider booking the combined unit, Lakin it Easy! Duo, for access to both units during your stay.

• This home has access to the community outdoor pool that is open seasonally and the indoor pool that is open all year round.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
